Green Edge Events

City Wide Supper Club
Each season we gather together for a citywide feast. Each Citywide Supper Club celebrates a season of delicious meals, fruitful discussion & local community building. These events feature speakers, and provide a forum for discussing a sustainable future. Attendees are encouraged to bring food and/or drink that is fresh, local, seasonal and organic.

Neighborhood Supper Clubs
Hosted by collaborators just like you, these small potlucks are intended for neighbors to get to know neighbors while sharing their skills, ideas and interests in urban sustainability. Neighbors are encouraged to include fresh, local ingredients in their dishes, & bring recipes to share! Each season's Supper Clubs are accompanied by themed workshops & discussions. We are always looking for hosts, teachers & eaters! Write Erika (Erika@GreenEdgeNYC.org) to join the Supper Club in your neighborhood.

The Eco-Eatery Tour highlights New York City restaurants that are sustainable in nature, utilize compost practices, support local agriculture and provide organic food and beverages. It is a great way both to meet your neighbors and to support local businesses and farms.

The Eco-Tour Scavenger Hunt
Grab a friend or meet a new one, get your clue sheet and...GO! You have two hours to find all of the clues for the greenest restaurants, businesses, buildings, parks, etc. in New York City right now. Get your eco-hat on and join us for a good time every spring and fall! Excellent gift bags are provided for the most eco-savvy team.
