Join us for these composting wormshops to learn how to turn your kitchen scraps into a natural fertilizer for plants, trees, and roses! Compost bin set-up, maintenance, and troubleshooting will be covered, as well as demonstrations of creative ways to use your compost. Discounted compost bins will be available to purchase. Registration is required. Workshop fee $5 per person, cash only.
These workshops and the discounted compost bins are made possible through the NYC Compost Project, a program funded and managed by New York City's Department of Sanitation Bureau of Waste Prevention, Reuse and Recycling.
