 ”, a series of cocktail events in support of Rooftop Films.\n\nEach 
 of the five parties will feature the best of Rooftop Films’ programm
 ing, touching on themes from NYC stories to social justice to comedy. 
 For the past 13 years, Rooftop Films has offered the best of first-run
  independent film in outdoor spaces around NYC. Now, Rooftop Advisory 
 Committee Member Tad Barnes wants to invite you to experience Rooftop 
 Films his way.\n\nYour $40 admission (100% tax deductible) gets you a 
 full cookout and beer graciously donated by Radeberger Pilsner, hosted
  in Tad’s Williamsburg apartment and outdoor deck. We’ll be screen
 ing the best of Rooftop Films’ programming rain or shine and you’l
 l have a chance to meet Rooftop staff and featured filmmakers.\n\nRoof
 top Films t-shirts and information about volunteering will be availabl
 e.\n\nThink about it - $40 gets you a cookout, free drinks and outdoor
  films on a great Brooklyn deck – what better way to get your Saturd

 n (Brent Green | Schuylkill Haven, PA | \" My Aunt Carlin moved in wit
 h us when I was a kid. She had diabetes and really wanted to die. She 
 didn't think she'd ever die. I was pretty sure she would.\" Carlin was
  shot stop-motion, with life-sized wooden characters and taxidermied c
 hickens, in the farmhouse Brent Green grew up in. The screening will i
 nclude a live musical performance by Brent accompanying the film.\n\nA
 ll parties start at 9pm, and films start at 10pm sharp! Please RSVP in
