CTF 15 BUSINESS BOOTCAMP: The “Green” Triple-Bottom Line for Industrial Food Service Managers
This intensive training helps dining managers address the most important environmental impacts of their facilities by unpacking the economics of high-volume procurement and designing initiatives. All participants will be given a private business development account with our Institute for Virtual Enterprise, allowing food service professionals to test-drive sustainability initiatives and budgets against real-time markets. Guiding the content of our sessions will be Green Dining Best Practices, the nation’s most innovative food business-policy venture collaboratively developed by Restaurant Associates and the Environmental Defense Fund.
