"ECOLOGICAL LIVING" WORKSHOP SERIES
(with 30 minutes of Asana)
June 10th, 7-9PM at Deer Stop Yoga
For more information:

There is a connection between our choices, our health, and the well-being of everyone on the planet. You are an integral part of this interrelationship.

This hands-on workshop series is designed to help you develop skills for living as a more active participant in a regenerative and abundant culture, and a little less as a consumer dependent on what are often destructive and exploitative means. There is also empowerment in making your own things, which has far-reaching psychological benefits, and a depletion that comes with consuming, which also has far-reaching effects. We'll talk about that a little
bit as well.

The series will be led by the most wonderful and insightful Liz Neves, of Raganella.

The Wii Mommies would like to extend their welcome to Dr.Kristi Funk, a board-certified surgical breast specialist and an expert in minimally-invasive diagnostic and treatment methods for all types of breast disease. Dr. Funk will be on today to talk about the importance of early detection and breast cancer screening as well as share with our listeners why she believes the "Save Lids to Save Lives" campaign from Yoplait is making a difference in the fight against breast cancer. http://budurl.com/yourlidmatters

Would anyone be interested in a beginner series? I am thinking of hosting one later in the summer/early fall.

Thanks,
Gina

Rachael,

I just got your message today. I would love to host a class in a community garden. When were you thinking of having one?

Thanks,
Gina

Gina-- would you be interested in possibly hosting a yoga class in a community garden this summer? I work for the New York Restoration Project and we're putting together a fitness series in a garden in BedStuy (on Bedford b/t Wiloughby and Dekalb).
I also love the idea of a potluck/yoga class. I could possibly host one in Park Slope :)
