Eco-Eatery Criteria (at least 3 must be met) • Organic, Seasonal Produce Sustainably Raised/Wild Fish & Meat • Fairly Traded Items • Organic & Biodynamic Beverages • Vegetarian & Vegan Friendly • Biodegradable take-out Utensils • Grows own Food • recycling &/or compost on-Site • Supports Alternative Energy Recycled Building Materials
