Amie Valpone, HHC, AADP is a Manhattan based Culinary Nutritionist with a passion for cooking, baking, and healthy living in the Big Apple of NYC, she strives to find the right balance for her clients using whole, natural, unprocessed foods. Amie’s goal is to make nourishing food effortless and enjoyable so you can learn to eat well and feel ‘Wonderful.’ She created The Healthy Apple as a platform to reach others wanting to learn more about nutritious ingredients and clean eating. The Healthy Apple grew out of Amie’s work and passion for eating as close to the source as possible. As a culinary nutritionist, educator and motivational speaker, Amie is devoted to teaching people how to make smart, healthy choices.

Amie’s food philosophy is clean eating; she believes in making healthy choices to nourish our bodies with nutrient-rich foods in a rainbow of colors and a spectrum of flavors. Amie loves food shopping with clients, performing pantry makeovers and cooking demonstrations, directing food store tours and testing recipes. Amie’s approach is not about denying ourselves the foods we love. Instead, she teaches people how they can reach optimum health by incorporating the right nutrients in their diet.
