As the first Neighborhood Supper Club Coordinator, Erika helped many New Yorkers come together at their neighbors' tables. She continues to volunteer with the Green Edge Collaborative & teach/organize food preservation workshops in Central Brooklyn.

Erika rides her bike everywhere she needs to go, grows food in the 1100 Bergen St Community Garden and is always looking for DIY solutions for urban sustainability. This winter she's designing & building a chicken coop for the garden on her block.
